Rachel is the founder of Shine Om — a Canberra-based yoga teacher, wellness educator, essential oil formulator, and mum of two. She created Shine Om to help families find calm, connection, and joy through mindful tools, yoga classes, and honest conversations about the messy, magical reality of raising little humans.

She brings warmth, humour, and a deep understanding of nervous system care to every episode — because she’s right there in the thick of it too.
