A brand rep is someone who genuinely loves Shine Om products and wants to share them with their community — not because they were paid to perform enthusiasm, but because the products actually live in their home and they want to tell people about them.
This is a small, intentional program. We take on two reps at a time for a four-month term. You’ll receive a monthly product bundle, your own discount code to pass on to your community, and a commission every time someone buys through your code.
In return, we ask for weekly content — honest, real, yours. No scripts. No performance. Just you and the products in your actual life.
Applications are reviewed personally by Rachel. Every rep is chosen because they feel like a natural fit — not because of their follower count.

Personal discount code + 5% commission
Your own code to share with your community. Every time someone uses it, they save — and you earn 5% commission on the sale.
