Meet Your Guide

Rachel from Shine Om

Hi, I’m Rachel — a mindful parenting educator, nervous system coach, and mum who knows that parenting is the hardest and most beautiful thing we’ll ever do.

I created the 21-Day Joyful Parenting Challenge because I believe every parent deserves to feel joy — not just on the good days, but as a practice they can come back to again and again. Through Shine Om, I help families regulate their nervous systems, reconnect through play, and build homes where everyone feels safe, seen, and loved.
