Description
Why Family Yoga?
Family Yoga isn’t just about poses — it’s about connection. In a world that pulls families in every direction, this is your time to slow down, get playful, and feel what it’s like to truly be together on the mat.
Grounded in nervous system science, each session is designed to help your family nervous systems co-regulate — meaning you and your children learn to calm, connect, and feel safe together through shared breath and movement. It’s one of the most powerful tools for building emotional resilience in little (and big) people.
What Your Family Will Experience
- Playful partner yoga and creative movement games
- Age-appropriate breathing techniques your kids can take home and use anytime
- Co-regulation practices that strengthen the parent–child bond
- Themed activities that reflect the season and your family’s energy
- Partner massage using natural, family-safe products
- A shared relaxation to close — the part families love most

We had a great time at Family Yoga today. There were some nerves at the start but Rachel did a great job making everyone feel comfortable and including everyone in the session. Looking forward to the next family session!

Rachel is absolutely wonderful in creating an engaging and child-friendly experience where it’s ok for kids to be kids (with no negative judgement) to allow kids to join in with how they would like to experience yoga.

Thank you for a very special family yoga session. We really enjoyed it. The moments of still, quiet connection were amazing and the playful body movement together was so much fun. The photos are an extra bonus. I hope we will be able to come again soon

Thanks so much for the great family yoga class. It’s a nice bonding activity for the family. It was so much fun. The boys and I really enjoyed it, including the breathing cards that we can practice at home. I was amazed at how Rachel included my son’s ideas as yoga poses. The boys said it was fun, and we will return, so that’s a win!

We attended family yoga with our daughter who is almost 3yrs old and our 5 month old. Rach was SO welcoming, accommodating and explained everything so well. It was inclusive for all ages (and abilities!). Rach is just the perfect yoga teacher and I can highly recommend joining her classes! We loved it ☺️
