Family Yoga

We had a great time at Family Yoga today. There were some nerves at the start but Rachel did a great job making everyone feel comfortable and including everyone in the session. Looking forward to the next family session! – Sophie, Canberra

Family Yoga is a fabulous opportunity to gain all the benefits of yoga while having fun, connecting & strengthening bodies and bonds. Bring those closest to you (friends, immediate & extended family are all welcome) as we engage in fun and mindful movement.

These classes are active and co-created with the families for an interactive and fun experience.

What do we wear to Family Yoga?

Sportswear which your comfortable moving in as our class is active. We encourage nothing too long or flowing which you may trip on, i.e. flowing skirts or long flared pants.

What to bring: A water bottle is required. Most importantly bring along an open mind and a willingness to have fun and participate. Yoga mats are provided.

What you’ll experience: 

  • Connecting in a mindful and playful way
  • Letting go and having fun with your child(ren)
  • Encouraging and allowing your child to express their creativity
  • Breathing techniques
  • Partner massage using our self-care products

Due to the interactive nature of Shine Om Family Yoga sessions, no classes will be held during the COVID-19 pandemic.
