Teen Yoga

This space is for teen boys and girls, from Years 7 to college, to come together and connect with themselves and one another through yoga in a safe and nurturing digital environment.

You will be empowered to:

  • Identify stress and anxiety in the mind and body
  • Learn mindfulness skills
  • Develop an understanding of yoga poses and their benefits
  • Explore various yoga styles
  • Learn strategies to reduce stress and calm the mind
  • Work with your breath
  • Use your senses to be present in your body

Prices include a booking fee. Your investment is $62 for a 4-week block. There are no refunds for missed classes.

Our Term 2 will run in two 4-week blocks from 4:15 PM to 5 PM on Tuesdays. Block 1 classes will operate on 26/4, 3/5, 10/5, 17/5 and will focus on releasing our ‘school muscles’ and accepting change as we return to school.

Block two will operate on 24/5, 31/5, 7/6 and 14/6. This block will focus on ‘warming sequences’ to maintain our health and well-being as we enter winter.
