This space is for teen boys and girls, from Years 7 to college, to come together and connect with themselves and one another through yoga in a safe and nurturing digital environment.
You will be empowered to:
- Identify stress and anxiety in the mind and body
- Learn mindfulness skills
- Develop an understanding of yoga poses and their benefits
- Explore various yoga styles
- Learn strategies to reduce stress and calm the mind
- Work with your breath
- Use your senses to be present in your body
Prices include a booking fee. Your investment is $62 for a 4-week block. There are no refunds for missed classes.
Our Term 3 will run in two 4-week blocks from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM on Tuesdays. Block 1 class will operate on 26/7, 2/8, 9/8 and 16/8 and will focus on releasing our ‘school muscles’ and accepting change as we return to school.
Block two will operate on 23/8, 30/8, 6/9 and 13/9. This block will focus on ‘warming sequences’ to maintain our health and well-being as we exit winter.
