From Years 7 to college, this space is for teens to come together and connect with themselves and one another in a safe and nurturing environment.

Young People will be empowered to:

  • Identify when and where they feel heightened and methods to reduce stress and anxiety
  • Learn mindfulness skills
  • Develop an understanding of yoga poses and their benefits
  • Explore various yoga styles
  • Use strategies to reduce stress and calm the mind
  • Bring awareness to your breath
  • Use your senses to be present in your body
