From Years 7 to college, this space is for teens to come together and connect with themselves and one another in a safe and nurturing digital environment.
Our Term 2 will run in two 4-week blocks from 4:15 PM to 5 PM on Tuesdays. Block 2 classes will operate on 24/5, 31/5, 7/6 and 14/6.
Young People will be empowered to:
- Identify when and where they feel heightened and methods to reduce stress and anxiety
- Learn mindfulness skills
- Develop an understanding of yoga poses and their benefits
- Explore various yoga styles
- Use strategies to reduce stress and calm the mind
- Bring awareness to your breath
- Use your senses to be present in your body
The price includes a booking and transaction fee. No refunds will be provided for any missed classes.
