Our top 3 women’s wellness podcasts to see out the rest of your 2020

Time is one of our most valuable resources, so we need to use it wisely. To me, there is nothing better than using my commute or housework as an opportunity to listen to podcasts to learn and ponder.

It can be overwhelming getting started, as there are thousands of podcasts covering all sorts of topics and interests, so here are my top 3 wellness podcasts that I recommend tuning into.

1. The Sacred Womb with Melanie Swan

Visit for our top wellness podcast recommendations for 2020. I cannot recommend this podcast enough! Melanie helps women around the world to attune to their natural cycles and womb centre. She’s brought conversations about our wombs, yonis and menstrual cycles to the forefront.

Mel shares practical tips, expert advice and makes topics that were once taboo completely acceptable and comfortable to talk about.

Check her out for yourself on iTunes or visit her website.

2. Wellness Women Radio

Two Aussie chiropractors, Andrea and Ash, from Western Australia, provide the latest expert advice in women’s health. These two are super down-to-earth, and I love how they translate scientific jargon into information that makes sense and is easy to digest for us women.

They cover all areas of women health integrated with both eastern and western medicine. Check them out for yourself on iTunes or on their website.

3. Unlocking Us with Brene Brown

Visit for our top podcast recommendations of 2020. Brene Brown launched this podcast in January 2020, and I am so pleased she did. If you’re not familiar with her work, then this is the perfect place to start.

Brene is most known for her work in shame, vulnerability and empathy and throughout her podcast, she interviews some exciting people to get to the nitty-gritty of these issues.

Check her out on iTunes or on her website.

I would love to know how you go with these podcasts and to know what else you’re listening to. Comment below with your thoughts or join our conversations on Facebook or Instagram.
