Ayurveda Consultations
Ayurveda consultations involve looking at your current routines, nutrition and lifestyle choices to identify any imbalances. We’ll then create a plan which may include yoga, meditation and diet changes to create harmony in the mind, body and spirit. Consultations are available from Monday 14 May and cost $150 for 75 mins.
