I worked in education for 10 years as a learning support assistant and In2Uni Mentor before becoming a primary school teacher. After reaching complete teacher burnout last year I learned the importance of self-care the hard way. It’s a life long journey but I’ll be sharing my wellbeing experiences and wisdom with you in a supportive environment that nourishes educational professionals.
I encourage anyone working in a school environment to start their Easter holidays with our morning event of nurturing and much needed nourishing self-care.
In this workshop, I’ll share simple and effective ways to make your wellbeing a priority in your busy life followed by meditation, mindful movement and relaxation.
You’ll be nourished in nature with:
– Herbal tea
– Pranayama (breath focus)
– Gentle mindful movement
Like all we do at Shine Om this workshop is crafted with love for you to shine.
